I know that the Glasgow East b-election is a total different kettle of fish to the 2010 elections here in Wales, that people vote differently in by-elections and that Wales has two (sometimes three in the Lib Dems) parties challenging Labour in different seats, but as an interesting exercise, here's your answer:

If there was a swing the sizd of glasgow East from labour to one single party in each constituency (i.e. whoever was second in 2005) then:

Labour would hold:

Cynon Valley
Merthyr
Ogmore
Rhondda
Islwyn

They would lose the other 24 seats.

It will never happen, no matter how optimistic/pessimistic you are!
